Is this a monthly subscription?
You can choose a Monthly subscription or a One-Time Purchase of the core platform. Monthly access requires an active subscription and does not grant ownership.
What does the one-time purchase include?
The purchased core includes the capabilities listed for your plan, with 1 seat for Solo Ownership or 3 seats for Shop Ownership. Managed AI and SMS are separate unless explicitly included by contract.
What are the optional managed services?
Managed AI and messaging are ongoing services separate from a One-Time Purchase. Eligible Monthly plans include AI and SMS under their plan conditions.
Can I use my own domain?
Bladezy supports custom-domain configuration. Domain ownership, setup, and applicable hosting arrangements remain separate from the core purchase.
What happens to my data if Bladezy shuts down?
The purchased core has an export and recovery path for a compatible runtime. Package generation is operator-assisted; hosting and migration arrangements are separate. This is not a promise of perpetual free hosting or automatic migration.
Do you offer support?
Support and setup arrangements follow your applicable agreement. Review those terms before purchasing; no response-time guarantee is implied.
